Volunteers drive their own vehicles. Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. Because this project involves visiting people's homes, a background check is required.
When you sign up for this project, you will soon after get an email from Checkr to submit your background check quickly online.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Tuesday
Emergency Food Pantry
During the summer months, donations to the food pantries in our area are seriously lacking. We want to be a problem for the emergency food pantry in terms of pouring out so many donations they don't know what to do with it all! Donations they're always in need of are peanut butter, canned fruit, canned beans (like kidney, pinto, chick peas, etc.), pasta, canned tomatoes (diced, sauce, stewed, etc.). Bring 3 or more paper grocery bags full of these items to fill the trailer!

Tuesday & Wednesday
YMCA Early Learning Center
Family Friendly!
We will be doing a few projects to serve the YMCA Childcare Calvary location! The projects include:
-Filling up the sandboxes in the play areas!
- Cleaning the interior of the daycare by wiping down walls in the hallways, classrooms, and general areas!
- Digging up, planting, and putting up a fence in the Learning Garden!

Wednesday
Youthworks Clothing Donations
Send middle and high school kids to school with dignity! With the help of donations, Youthworks can provide back-to-school clothing at no charge for families with youth in need. Bring gently used clothes, shoes, and coats for middle and high school students to Youthworks as they coordinate their back-to-school shopping!

Friday
Valley Senior Services
Need to be 18+ years old
